The sign-ups for the HSA TYR Invite that will be taking place from January 17-19 are open. The deadline will be this Monday, January 6th.

PLEASE sign-up for timing slots at our Ray Fogg Memorial Invite. We should be coming together to support our swimmers and visiting teams. If you have signed up already, thank you so much and your help is greatly appreciated. If you are a parent not signed up yet but have already volunteered at some of our other home meets–please sign up again and offer to help the newer volunteers!

Practice Schedule Changes

This week will require MSA to be weather conscious. Practice times are subject to change if weather and/or road conditions are unsafe to travel to/from practice or hold practice.

The schedule listed below will also be the schedule for the next two weeks (1/6/25-1/18/25) since we have two meet weekends back-to-back.
White: T/W/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T/TH indoors, W outdoors.
Yellow: M/W/TH 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor, TH indoors.
Blue: M-TH 3:30-4:30PM. M/W indoor, T/TH outdoor.
Bronze: M-TH 3:30-4:30PM. M-TH indoors.
Silver: M-TH 4:30-6:00PM. M/W outdoor, T/TH indoor. No practice Friday or Saturday.
Gold: M-TH 4:30-6:30PM. M/W indoor, T/TH outdoor. No practice Friday or Saturday.

Parent Education
I have been adding a few readings onto the Weekly Updates.
