Practice Schedule (2/17/25-2/23/25):
NO PRACTICE MONDAY 2/17/25 (President’s Day). POOL CLOSED.
NO PRACTICE FRIDAY & SATURDAY. SES Champs!
White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T/TH outdoor.
Yellow: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T/TH outdoor.
Blue: T/W/TH 3:30-4:30PM. All indoor.
Bronze: T/W/TH 3:30-4:30PM. All indoor.
Silver: T/W/TH 4:30-6:00PM. W outdoor. T/TH indoor.
Gold: T/W/TH 4:30-6:30PM. W indoor, T/TH outdoor.
**Gold group: This week will be a reduced schedule to rest & prepare for SES. Please plan to pick your Gold group swimmer(s) up at 5:45pm. For those not attending SES, you will follow the same schedule & rest/recover after an awesome training season!**

April 12: Scottsboro Sprint Medal Meet (Scottsboro, AL. All MSA groups welcome. Gold attending BSL LCM meet)
May 3-4: OST LC Invite (Opelika, AL)
May 17-18: HSA LC Invitational #1 (Huntsville, AL)
June 6-8: BSL LCM Invitational #2 (Birmingham, AL)
June 20-22: HSA LC Invitational #2 (Huntsville, AL)
July 12: SE BSL Last Chance (Birmingham, AL)
