- Swimmers will need to provide their own times and counter for the 1650 (coaches will not time/count)
- 11&O Girls compete on flag course, 11&O Boys compete on window course
- 10&U will compete on the window course
- 11&12 events will each have one final heat at night (the top 8 finishers from prelims)
- 13-14 and Senior events will swim final and consolation final heats (top 16 prelims finishers), with the exception of the 13-14 400 yard events which will only swim a Championship final
- All events 400 yards and longer will be deck-seeded with positive check-in my 9:00am
- Important note: Swimmers qualifying for finals or consolation finals must notify the Clerk of Course within 30 minutes of the announcement of the qualifiers for that final that they do not intend to compete. They must further declare their final intention to scratch within 30 minutes of the posting of the last preliminary event of the session or they will be seeded into the event. Any swimmer failing to properly scratch and failing to compete in A or B finals will be barred from the remainder of the meet. Point being, swimmers need to scratch themselves if they're not coming back for finals. You are expected to be at finals if you have made it back, but situations can arise and we are here to help.
Arrival Times:
Please make sure to check which days and sessions your child will swim. You may view your events on the website under Events where you signed up for the meet. If you have any trouble viewing this, or have any questions, please email Coach Erin at [email protected]
ALL WARMUPS ARE OPEN WARMUPS, NO ASSIGNED LANES
Team Gear:
Please wear a regular suit (no tie-backs) and goggles. If you choose to wear a swim cap for competition, it must be a MSA swim cap. Coaches will have additional caps available at the meet that can be billed to your account. Let’s really do our best to look like a team by wearing our MSA gear.
Heat Sheets:
Heat Sheets and other meet info will be added to the events page as I receive them.
If your swimmer wishes to have their events written on them, please do so before arriving at the pool for each session.

Athlete locker rooms are located on the deck. Restrooms for coaches, officials and volunteers are in the main concourse area, as well as in the Legacy pool lobby. We also have several “family” restrooms for coaches and officials located near the Therapy pool, and in the Legacy pool lobby. Please encourage your athletes to not use the concourse or family restrooms, and stick to the locker rooms that are athlete specific
Remember, all swimmers, parents, and coaches are representing MSA so let’s put forth an excited and friendly demeanor. We encourage parents and friends attending the meet to sit together to help support our athletes together!
Go Marlins!!
