Weekly Update

Announcements:

• Please register for the SSA Sprint Medal Meet or the BSL Carson Muir Memorial meet. Pay special attention to which groups will be attending which meet. Deadlines for sign-ups are posted under the event.

  • SSA Sprint Medal Meet deadline has passed as of today, March 30th.

  • BSL Carson Muir Memorial Meet deadline is April 4th.

• The weather this week looks promising to stay warm. If anything changes I will send out an email/text alert.

Practice Schedule (3/31/25-4/6/25):

Clinic: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. All indoor.

White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. All indoor.

Yellow: M/W/F 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor, F indoor.

Blue: M-F 3:30-4:30PM. M/W indoor. T/TH/F outdoor.

Bronze: M-F 3:30-4:30PM. All indoor.

Silver: M-F 4:30-6:00PM. M/W/F outdoor, T/TH indoor. Saturday 8-10am outdoors.

Gold: M-F 4:30-6:30pm. M/W/F indoor, T/TH outdoor. Saturday 7:00/8:00-10am outdoors.

**Gold group: Please bring closed-toe shoes for the first 30 minutes of practice on M/W/F and Saturday AM. We will be doing dynamic/dryland/running.**

FOR GOLD/SILVER: If you are planning to attend Saturday AM practice, it is optional to come in early at 7:00am for running/dryland. Please bring closed toes shoes. The plan will be 7:00-7:45am running/dryland and 8:00-10:00am swimming.

April 12: BSL Carson Muir Memorial Meet (Birmingham, AL. All MSA groups welcome. LCM/Gold group is attending this meet, not Scottsboro)

May 3-4: OST LC Invite (Opelika, AL)

May 17-18: HSA LC Invitational #1 (Huntsville, AL)

June 6-8: BSL LCM Invitational #2 (Birmingham, AL)

June 20-22: HSA LC Invitational #2 (Huntsville, AL)

July 12: SE BSL Last Chance (Birmingham, AL)

July 18-20: LC Southeastern Championships (Huntsville, AL. Qualifiers only)
