  • The 2025 SE BSL Jack Barnacastle meet is this weekend, good luck to all our LC swimmers attending!

  • The sign-ups for the HSA June LC Invitational are open and are due June 9th. Please get your entries in on time. No late entries.

Long Range Planning:

Please note the schedule of the following events which will take place several months from now. Signup deadlines are generally 2 weeks before the event.

June 6-8: 2025 SE BSL Jack Barnacastle Invite (Birmingham, AL)

June 20-22: HSA June LC Invitational (Huntsville, AL)--deadline June 9th

July 12: SE BSL Last Chance (Birmingham, AL)

July 18-20: LC Southeastern Championships (Huntsville, AL. Qualifiers only)

Long Course Practice Schedule (6/2/25-6/8/25)

10&U LONG COURSE SWIMMERS: M-F will be 6:30-8:00am and Saturday there will be no practice. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of practice.

11&O LONG COURSE SWIMMERS: M-F 5:45-8:00am & Saturday there will be no practice. 

Please arrive at 5:45am for dynamics & dryland.

ATHLETES: PLEASE WEAR ATHLETIC SHOES. NO CROCS OR SLIDES.
