Hello MSA Long Course Swimmers!

Hopefully you're enjoying some "down time" after a hard week of training and a swim meet this weekend!

We're getting ready for another productive week, as Monday we'll kick off with a solid morning workout and a hot afternoon "Mini-Tri"!  Our first Mini-Tri of the Long Course Season will occur at the Cobb's subdivision ... our first time ever at that venue!  We will meet at their clubhouse at the following address:

121 Fernbridge Blvd

Madison, AL  35758

We'll set up a "transition area" at that location, for the biking/running/swimming event.

Bring sunscreen, and everything you need to swim/run/bike.  Helmets are required for the biking!  It will likely be hot, so be sure to bring water or a sports drink.  Chilled watermelon will be provided, and we will have a special treat as Mr. Cobb will have barbeque available afterwards for all of the swimmers!

Everyone should "test drive" their bikes to be sure the brakes work and the tires hold air!  We will have a tire-pump and a toolbox on-site in case your bike needs a pit-stop :)

We will meet at 4:30 PM, go through the race-instructions until 4:40 PM, and then compete for 80 minutes, ending at 6 pm.

See you there!

Go MSA!
