  • Monday, June 30th, is the official date set for an MSA long-course tradition—Joe Wheeler play-day. Please see ​last week's Joe Wheeler announcement for more details.

Long Range Planning:

Please note the schedule of the following events which will take place several months from now. Signup deadlines are generally 2 weeks before the event.

July 12: SE BSL Last Chance (Birmingham, AL)--Deadline July 9th!

July 18-20: LC Southeastern Championships (Huntsville, AL. Qualifiers only)

Long Course Practice Schedule (7/1/25-7/6/25)

10&U LONG COURSE SWIMMERS: M-F will be 6:30-8:00am and Saturday will be 7:00-9:00am. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of practice. 

11&O LONG COURSE SWIMMERS: M-F will be 6:00-8:00am and Saturday will be 7:00-9:00am. Please arrive at 5:50am for dynamics & dryland. 

ATHLETES: PLEASE WEAR ATHLETIC SHOES. NO CROCS OR SLIDES.
