Announcements:

  • Good luck & congratulations to all of our LC swimmers headed to SES this coming weekend!

 

  • We are continuing taper this week for SES and practice times will be slightly shorter for all athletes. Practices for all athletes will be from 7:00-8:00 am M-W. There is no practice Friday & Saturday.

 

  • If there is an open warm-up at the HSV pool Thursday night I will send out an announcement before Thursday AM practice. We would do the open warm-up in lieu of Thursday AM practice and we would be attending that open warm-up session as a team (time TBD).

 

  • Have a nice break after SES, we will see you all on our first day of practice for the 2025-2026 season (Aug 8th)!

 

Long Range Planning:

Please note the schedule of the following events which will take place several months from now. Signup deadlines are generally 2 weeks before the event.

July 18-20: LC Southeastern Championships (Huntsville, AL. Qualifiers only)

August 7th: Season 2025-2026 MSA Parent Meeting 6:00-8:00pm (MANDATORY FOR ALL PARENTS–NEW & RETURNING)

August 8th: First day of MSA Practice 🙂

Long Course Practice Schedule (7/14/25-7/17/25)

ALL LONG COURSE SWIMMERS: M-W will be 7:00-8:00am. Thursday TBD. There is no practice Friday & Saturday.
