Dublin Park is closed Monday, September 1st. There will be NO PRACTICE.

Please Attend/Decline the Intrasquad meet this Friday, September 5th, if you have not already. Entries are due September 3rd. We need to practice getting entries in ON TIME!

The sign-ups for the 2025 Kona Ice Invite on September 27th in Scottsboro, AL are now open. The deadline for entries is Tuesday, September 16th at 11:59pm.

White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
Yellow: W/F 3:30-4:30PM. W outdoor pool. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
Blue: W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH 3:30-4:30pm. T/W indoor pool, TH outdoor pool. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
Bronze: W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. T-TH indoor pool. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
Silver: W indoor pool from 4:00-6:30pm, T/TH outdoor pool 4:00-6:00pm. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
Gold: T-TH 4:00-6:30PM. W indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. F indoor pool (Intrasquad).
**Silver & Gold group–Please bring sneakers for the first 30 minutes of practice for dryland & dynamics T-F**
