Practice Schedule 9/22/25-9/28/25
White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool.
Yellow: M/W/F 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor pool, F indoor pool.
Blue: M/W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. M-W & F indoor pool, TH outdoor pool.
Bronze: M/W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. M-TH indoor pool, F outdoor pool.
Silver: M-F 4:00-6:00pm. M/W/F indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No Saturday practice.
Gold: M-F 4:00-6:30PM. M/W/F indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No Saturday practice.
**Silver & Gold group–Please bring sneakers for the first 30 minutes of practice for dryland & dynamics M-F**
