Announcements

  • The date for the next MSA Board Meeting is Jan 13th at 6:30pm. All MSA families are welcome!

  • MSA families: There will be no practice December 24th, 25th, and 27th. An alternate schedule will be provided below for Christmas week.

  • Be sure to read the dates of the practice schedules because this week AND Christmas week is being provided to you.

Practice Schedule 12/14/25-12/21/25

White: T/TH/F 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool. Optional practice on F indoor pool with Yellow.

Yellow: M/W/F 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor pool, F indoor pool.

Blue: M/W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. M-W & F indoor pool, TH outdoor pool.

Bronze: M/W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. M-TH indoor pool, F outdoor pool.

Silver: M-F 4:00-6:00pm. M/W/F outdoor pool, T/TH indoor pool. Saturday 8-10.

Gold: M-F 4:00-6:30PM. M/W/F indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. Saturday 8-10. 

**Silver & Gold–definitely bring running shoes for M/W/F, you will be running on the track. T/TH will be dynamics & core work. No slides, sandals, chacos, or bare feet are permitted for any dryland activities**

Practice Schedule 12/22/25-12/28/25 (Christmas week)

White: M from 3:30-4:30PM at outdoor pool

Yellow: T from 3:30-4:30PM at indoor pool

Blue: M 3:30-4:30pm at outdoor pool & T from 3:30-4:30pm at indoor pool

Bronze: M 3:30-4:30pm at outdoor pool & T from 3:30-4:30pm at indoor pool

Silver: M 4:30-6:00pm at outdoor pool, T/F 4:30-6:00pm at indoor pool

Gold: M is 3:30-6:30pm “12 Days of Christmas” Practice at indoor pool; T/F 4:30-6:30pm at indoor pool

Long Range Planning:

Please note the schedule of the following events which will take place several months from now. Signup deadlines are generally 2 weeks before the event.

Jan 16th-18th: HSA P/F Invite (Huntsville, AL)--TBA

Jan 30th-Feb 1st: Ray Fogg Memorial Invite (Madison, AL)

Feb 6th-8th: Region 3 Champs (Birmingham, AL)-- **very important meet for 10&U**

Feb 13th: MSA Last Chance Meet (Madison, AL. Within reasonable/achievable time.)

Feb 27th-Mar 1st: SES SC Champs (Huntsville, AL)

Mar 17th-21st: NCSA Spring Champs in Orlando, FL

Mar 24th-28th: ISCA Senior Cup in St. Petersburg, FL
