The HSA TYR Invite info will be posted in a separate announcement closer to the time of the swim meet. Psych & heat sheets will be posted under the event on our website as I recieve them.

The date for the next MSA Board Meeting is Jan 13th at 6:30pm. All MSA families are welcome!

White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool. No practice Friday.
Yellow: M/W 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor pool. No practice Friday.
Blue: M/W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH 3:30-4:30pm. M-W indoor pool, TH outdoor pool. No practice Friday.
Bronze: M/W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH 3:30-4:30pm. M-TH indoor pool. No practice Friday.
Silver: M-TH 4:00-6:00pm. M/W outdoor pool, T/TH indoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.
Jr. Gold: M-TH 4:00-6:30PM. M/W indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.
Gold: M-TH 4:00-6:30PM. M/W indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.
**JrGold & Gold athletes who are continuing taper this week for HSA–Thursday will let out a little early, but no earlier than 6pm**
**Silver, Jr. Gold, & Gold–definitely bring running shoes for M, you will be running on the track. T/W/TH will be dynamics & and stretching. No slides, sandals, chacos, or bare feet are permitted for any dryland activities**

Jan 30th-Feb 1st: Ray Fogg Memorial Invite (Madison, AL)--deadline Jan 19th at 11:59pm
Feb 6th-8th: Region 3 Champs (Birmingham, AL)--deadline Jan 21st at 11:59pm–VERY IMPORTANT FOR 8&U. CHAMPIONSHIP MEET FOR THOSE NOT QUALIFIED FOR SES, or last chance meet for SES cuts.
Feb 13th: MSA Last Chance Meet (Madison, AL. Within reasonable/achievable time.)
Feb 27th-Mar 1st: SES SC Champs (Huntsville, AL)
Mar 17th-21st: NCSA Spring Champs in Orlando, FL
Mar 24th-28th: ISCA Senior Cup in St. Petersburg, FL
