The date for the next MSA Board Meeting is Feb 10th at 6:30pm. All MSA families are welcome!
Practice Schedule 1/19/26-1/25/26
NO PRACTICE MONDAY. POOL CLOSED.
White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool. Optional practice F from 3:30-4:30PM indoor pool.
Yellow: W/F 3:30-4:30PM. W outdoor pool, F indoor pool.
Blue: W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. T/W/F indoor pool, TH outdoor pool.
Bronze: W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH/F 3:30-4:30pm. T-TH indoor pool, F indoor pool.
Silver: T-F 4:00-6:00pm. W/F outdoor pool, T/TH indoor pool. Saturday 8-10AM.
Jr. Gold: T-F 4:00-6:30PM. W/F indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. Saturday 8-10AM.
Gold: T-F 4:00-6:30PM. W/F indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. Saturday 8-10AM.
**Silver, Jr. Gold, & Gold–definitely bring running shoes for T/W/F, you will be running on the track. TH will be dynamics & band work. No slides, sandals, chacos, or bare feet are permitted for any dryland activities**

Jan 30th-Feb 1st: Ray Fogg Memorial Invite (Madison, AL)--deadline Jan 19th at 11:59pm
Feb 6th-8th: Region 3 Champs (Birmingham, AL)--deadline Jan 21st at 11:59pm–VERY IMPORTANT FOR 8&U. CHAMPIONSHIP MEET FOR THOSE NOT QUALIFIED FOR SES, or last chance meet for SES cuts.
Feb 13th: MSA Last Chance Meet (Madison, AL. Within reasonable/achievable time.)
Feb 27th-Mar 1st: SES SC Champs (Huntsville, AL)
Mar 17th-21st: NCSA Spring Champs in Orlando, FL
Mar 24th-28th: ISCA Senior Cup in St. Petersburg, FL
