Announcements

  • MSA Ray Fogg Invite & Region 3 Championships registrations have closed.

  • The date for the next MSA Board Meeting is Feb 10th at 6:30pm. All MSA families are welcome!

  • Ray Fogg relays will be posted soon. Almost every MSA swimmer attending the meet is in a relay that is taking place in a session they are already attending. If they aren't in that session, then they aren't in that relay.

Practice Schedule 1/26/26-2/1/26

**please pay attention to practice locations**

White: T/TH 3:30-4:30PM. T outdoor pool, TH indoor pool. 

Yellow: M/W 3:30-4:30PM. M/W outdoor pool. Optional dive practice on TH at indoor pool with White group from 4:00-4:30.

Blue: M/W 3:30-4:45pm, T/TH 3:30-4:30pm. M/T/TH indoor pool, W outdoor pool. 

Bronze: M/W 3:30-4:45pm. T/TH 3:30-4:30pm. M-TH indoor pool.

Silver: M-W 4:00-6:00pm, TH 4:00-5:30pm. M/W outdoor pool, T/TH indoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.

Jr. Gold: M-TH 4:00-6:30PM. M/W indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.

Gold: M-TH 4:00-6:30PM. M/W indoor pool, T/TH outdoor pool. No practice Friday and Saturday.

**Silver, Jr. Gold, & Gold–definitely bring running shoes for M/W, you will be running on the track. T/TH will be dynamics & band work. No slides, sandals, chacos, or bare feet are permitted for any dryland activities**

Jan 30th-Feb 1st: Ray Fogg Memorial Invite (Madison, AL)--REGISTRATION CLOSED

Feb 6th-8th: Region 3 Champs (Birmingham, AL)--REGISTRATION CLOSED

Feb 13th: MSA Last Chance Meet (Madison, AL. Within reasonable/achievable time.)

Feb 27th-Mar 1st: SES SC Champs (Huntsville, AL)

Mar 17th-21st: NCSA Spring Champs in Orlando, FL

Mar 24th-28th: ISCA Senior Cup in St. Petersburg, FL
