Ray Fogg Memorial Invite--Reminders, Weather, and Relays
Hello Parents & Athletes!
As we approach the meet this weekend there are a few things we want to remind you:
1. Please wear MSA team suit and MSA cap.
2. Relays are at the END of the Saturday & Sunday session.
3. It is going to be COLD! Please bring layers of clothing, extra towels, parkas...anything warm! Swimmers must maintain their body heat in order to race well, and to avoid getting sick!
4. We wil have heat winner prizes!!
5. If any athlete or group of athletes wants to sing the national anthem on Saturday and/or Sunday at the start of the session they may! Just email [email protected] to ask!
