2025 SES Age Group Zones Application Information
The 2025 Southern Zone Age Group Championships will take place in Olando,FL
Trip Dates: July 29 – August 3, 2025
Meet Dates: July 30 – August 2, 2025
SES Team Composition: We send full rosters of 11-12 and 13-14 athletes to this meet. Each age group will have 12 female and 12 male athletes.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Fee - There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. This is for all athletes who apply for the team. All online applications are due by July 18th at 11:59pm CST.

There are four (4) documents/forms which each athlete applying for the team must complete. All documents can be completed online by completing the registration process. Click the "Link to ONLINE REGISTRATION" below to begin. Registration will be similar to the team registration process on Team Unify websites used by most swim teams. *Note to parents of applicants: Please provide valid phone numbers where you can be reached during the week of the zone championships. It is important that all forms are filled out and all information is necessary. An incomplete/inaccurate application form may jeopardize an athlete’s ability to participate in the meet.

TEAM FEES
For those athletes who are selected to represent Southeastern Swimming (SES) as part of the 2025 SES Zone team, a payment of $850 will be charged to your credit card used for the application fee, once you accept the invitation. Completion of this transaction is due by Sunday, July 20st at 11:59pm CST.
