Life Time Central Texas Swim Team

Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming.

We compete in USA/ Gulf Swimming sanction meets located in the Houston and surrounding areas. Please see our Meet page for info on Upcoming meets.

Below are the meet requirements for the groups

Each group is required to go to a certain number of meets per year.

Nickel Group – 1 meet every 3 months

Bronze  – 1 meet every 2 months

Silver  – 1 meet every month

Gold – 1 meet every month
