Aquatex Swim & Water Polo Team’s goal is:

“To promote excellence in competitive swimming and water polo”. Aquatex is a competitive oriented membership program for swimmers, including USA Swimming, USMS Masters Swimming, and USA Water Polo.

Aquatex will use a method referred to as “Process Driven Coaching Excellence”. It will be Athlete-centered, Coach-driven, Service supported, and Performance-based.

Athlete-Centered -

Maximizing the individual potential of the athlete.

Coach Driven –

The coach leads and manages a multidisciplinary program aimed at developing and delivering best practice processes to the individual athletes.

Service-Supported -

Support services assist the programs in maximizing individual athlete performances.

Performance-Based -

The achievement of agreed goals.
