2010 Bud & Irene Hackett Scholarship Award Florida Swimming will present two $1,000.00 awards to one male and one female Florida Swimming/USA Swimming athlete member, in 2010. PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO USA SWIMMING'S RULES AND REGS Proposed amendments to USA Swimming’s Rules and Regulations will be considered during the House of Delegates meeting on Saturday, September 18, 2010, in Dallas, Texas. They were reviewed by the Rules & Regulations Committee during its meeting in June 2010 and each item includes the Committee’s tentative recommendations. Athlete Protection Policies, Reporting Procedure Top Agenda at USA Swimming and Child Welfare League of America Meeting COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Building on the national partnership announced a week ago, USA Swimming and the Child Welfare League of America held a joint working session in Colorado Springs today.
