No afternoon practices will be offered on Monday, May 27th in observation of Memorial Day.

Cain High School Swim Team is conducting tryouts for the 2024-25 season. All Cain practice groups which are scheduled to be there Monday and Tuesday will shift to KHS. Same time, just a change in location.
