Off Campus PE

Premier Aquatics is an offiial provided for Klein ISD.

Off-Campus PE is offered to swimmers in gold and above groups that are signed up for off-campus PE with their school.

Due to the district charging the team an annual fee to be an official off-campus PE Provider and the additional administrative work required of our staff to provide this service to our members, PACK will charge each off-campus PE student a nonrefundable $120 annual fee, which is due at the time of registration and submitted with this signed form. PACK is an approved provider for Category 2 (5 hours per week) and Category 1 (15 hours per week) Off –Campus PE.

It is the responsibility of each parent/student to determine whether they are capable of achieving the Off-Campus PE requirements set forth by their school. PACK strongly encourages parents and students to discuss this with their school counselor.
