Please submit your bid by April 4^th   (remember your club has to be in good standing – all fines and surcharges must be current)

If more than one club bids for a district meet, there will be a vote amongst those district teams as to whom that want to host the meet.

 In that case voting of host bid will begin April 4 and close April 11, 2012 at 6 PM CST.

April 11, 2012 begins the bidding of meets for the 2012 – 13 season (September 1, 2012 – March 31, 2013), all meet bids will be due by April 18, 2012.

Any conflicts with bid dates are handled by host clubs.

The Calendar will stand until May 1, 2012 and if no conflicts the calendar will become set.

NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM A CLUB THAT IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING (all fines and surcharges are current).
