FINA announces 2013 Junior World Swimming Championships to be held in Dubai LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND--FINA today has posted in its "Events" section that 2013 Junior Worlds will now be swum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dates for the competition are to be confirmed for this new host. Originally, the 2013 Junior Worlds were awarded to Casablanca, Morocco. Earlier this month, FINA removed references to Casablanca being the host from the Event subsection of its website.
