All Ecuadorian Swimming Federation events are currently suspended, pending receipt of federal funding ECUADOR--The Ecuadorian Swimming Federation, Federación Ecuatoriana de Natación (FENA), announced on Monday that all its events are currently suspended, pending receipt of federal funding which has been delayed. The delay has caused the postponement of events, including the 2014 Ecuador Nationals which were to be this weekend in Guayaquil. FENA is to reschedule postponed events once the funding is received.
