Elite Plus Swim - This is for the highest level of swimmers who will be competing for state and national recognition.  These athletes will do dry land, weight, and swim workouts.  Athletes are expected to be at all workouts throughout the week including mornings unless clearly communicated with coaches.  The approximate age to start this program is high school. 

 

Elite Swim - This program is for swimmers who strive to compete at the state and national level but who are not yet old enough for weights.  They will do dry land and swim workouts.  Athletes are expected to be at all evening workouts throughout the week and some mornings.  The approximate age varies based on the athlete’s and family’s commitment. 

 

Competitive Swim - This is for swimmers who thoroughly enjoy the sport, team comradery, show potential, and want to improve but have many other commitments.  They come to 3-4 practices per week.   

 

Novice Swim This is for swimmers who are new to competitive swimming.  In this group, there is a large emphasis on the learning the proper techniques of each stroke.  With proper foundations of technique, as the swimmers move up to high groups, they will be able to swim faster and chances of injury will be greatly reduced.
