Throughout the course of the year we use four "test-sets" to see where we are in our training:

Kick set - 2 rounds of 4 x 125 on 3:00 FR sprint K with board. Four to five minute break in between rounds.
 
Penthatlon - 100 of each stroke, IMO and 200 IM RACE OTB in heats.
 
75s - 3 rounds of 4 x 75 on 2:15 ALL OUT.
 
200 stroke - Three rounds of: 7 x 50 on 1:00, IMO by round.
