Winter / Spring (early January - late May) Workout Registration Is Open

You can use the buttons above the team news section of this website to register for Germantown Indoor Swim Center (GISC) workouts in Boyds and/or Lakewood Country Club (LCC) workouts in Rockville.  

You can also register for GISC workouts at the front desk.  If you use the button on the website, scroll down to the bottom to make sure you register for GISC workouts (not KSAC).  Sunday only swimmers at GISC should choose KSAC.

2026 USMS Membership is required to participate, but you can find the button for that registration above as well.
