1. Albatross Open Is Coming to GISC in March 2. Lakewood Workouts Prorated Through May 22

1.  With KSAC closed again this spring, our ANCM friends have moved the Albatross Open to GISC.  March 14th in the afternoon.  Entries are now open.  For meet information and to enter click here:  ALBATROSS OPEN  Enter now so Scott does not have to swim all 4 legs of a relay by himself.

2.  For swimmers who want to join Lakewood Workouts through May 22 (with a week off in early April) but missed the first 5 weeks, you can now register here (LAKEWOOD WORKOUT REGISTRATION) for a prorated fee ($126, 235, 343 for once, twice, and unlimited swims per week).  Our Lakewood schedule is:

Sundays 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Mondays 8:15-9:15 p.m.

Tuesdays 5:00-6:30 a.m.

Wednesdays 8:15-9:15 p.m.

Thursdays 5:00-6:30 a.m.

Fridays - no workouts

Saturdays - 10:00-11:00 a.m.
