Volunteer Clearances:

Each parent needs to have a copy of the PA State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse clearance form. 

They are good for five years.

If your clearances are out of date please renew and send us copies to [email protected] ASAP. 

This is a requirement as part of our team, and it is the family’s responsibility to ensure we have current clearances on file.
