Practice suits should be competitive training suits.  Boys typically wear Briefs, "Drag" suits or Jammers.  Girls typically train in a regular one-piece suits.  The primary competitive swimwear brands include Speedo, Nike, Dolphin, and TYR. 

MAC swimmers are required to wear the team swim cap at competition.  Please see Coach Adam if you have not received your complementary swim cap for the current season.
