In swimming, each four year Olympic cycle is known as a "quad" and for every quad, both USA Swimming and Virginia Swimming release new time standards for some events. Use these links to see all of the new Age Group Champs and Senior Champs qualifying times. The Age Group Committee has also decided to add the 50 backstroke, 50 breaststroke, and 50 butterfly to the order of events for Age Group Champs for 13-14 year-olds.
