Do we have to be a member of the Weinstein Jewish Community Center to be on Dolphin Club? 
While we encourage our families to consider being members, it is not a requirement.  There are, however, great benefits to being a member beyond the member discount for joining Dolphin Club.

Is Dolphin Club only for swimmers of the Jewish faith?
We welcome swimmers and families of ALL faiths and affiliations to Dolphin Club! 

Is there a practice attendance requirement? 
There are no minimum requirements for attendance to be a member of Dolphin Club.  We encourage members to attend as many practices as they are able in order to receive the maximum benefit from their efforts.

Are swimmers required to attend meets?
Although competing in meets is the "reward" for the swimmer, we do not require that swimmers attend meets.  In fact, we even have a non-competitive option for the family who knows for sure they will never attend meets.  However, if you're on the fence, we would encourage you to try one or two.

Is there a required fundraising commitment for parents? 
While we will have an occasional fundraiser for the team, there are no requirements for families.

Is there a volunteer requirement for parents? 
The main volunteer requirement for Dolphin Club is timing at our swim meets.  If you attend swim meets, you may be assigned a time slot for which you are responsible.  There may be a few volunteer opportunities throughout the season.   If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Bridget Burkot, [email protected].
