Planning on swimming with your high school team this year?
Join WST’s High School Prep Group to learn proper stroke and training techniques as you prepare for your best possible season while getting to know other high school swimmers in the Winchester area. Especially for swimmers who participated in summer league programs, this bridges your summer season to your high school season without loosing what you gained over the summer.
12 Weeks - 2, 3 or 4 day flexible weekly schedule
***Unlimited practice sessions Aug. 18 to 30 in outdoor pool***
This years program gives swimmers opportunity to compete in Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec USA Swimming Short Course Meets with WST
It also gives you the flexibility to choose your practice schedules each week from 4 evenings and 3 morning practices
August 18 to 30 Monday thru Friday 7pm to 9pm + T/W/Th 5:30am to 7am Outdoor pool
Sept. 2 - Nov. 8: Mon/Wed 6:30pm - 8:30pm, T/Th 6pm - 8pm, Sat 8am - 10am, T/W/Th 5:30am - 7am Indoor Pool
WHEN: August 18 – November 10, 2025 (12 weeks, 1.5 - 2 hour practice sessions)
WHERE: Jim Barnett Park 1001 E. Cork Street, Winchester
WHO: Students grades 9 – 12 wanting to get in shape, or stay in shape for the high school swim season, while improving stroke technique and conditioning.
FEES: 2 session per week $480, 3 sessions per week $720, 4 sessions per week $840 + WST Registration $50 + USA Swimming Registration $53 (separate registration through USA Swimming Website - link below...
