I have just uploaded Heat Sheets, the Sessions timeline, and our lane assignments for warmups and we need to provide timers for that lane both days. We are sharing that responsibility with one other team. Warmups start at 7:30am, yes I know thats early. First things first, YES there will be swim practice with Ric for all those that are not attending this weeekends swim meet :) Second, many have asked about when they should be showing up for the meet. 10 and Unders should show up 15-20 minutes before warmups that start at 8:00am. Meet starts at 9:00am 11 and Over should show up around 11:30am. I have pulled our participation in Saturdays Hood River swim meet due to the consistant reports of snow in our area all the way up to Hood River. They may still run the meet but may not know until late tonight or in the morning. I have clients in Hood River that are reporting the current snow and its cause of power outages and other issues. I suspect that will continue Saturday. HOWEVER!! we will still have practice Saturday morning at WSSB. I would love to see anyone at practice...

The predicted 24" of snowfall in Hood River for the 12th and 13th has dropped all the way down to 4" on Friday only with it being just cold and partly cloudy. So while it will be cold the drive should be safe and we should be snow free! Ric will still run practice Saturday morning for those not entered in this meet. We have a swim meet scheduled for Saturday the 13th. The weather however may derail that plan. I am seeing projections of 6-10" of snow for Friday and Saturday. If those projections hold by Wednesday we will pull out of that meet. With or without the meet Ric will be running Saturday Practice unless the snow hits Vancouver in which case we expect you to stay at home in your jammies in front of the fire and stay toasty warm.
