Friday Distance & Sunday 500 Free: Events are Positive Check in. Heat Sheets will be posted at the Facility and on Meet Mobile once positive check in closes. NOVA Coaches will postively check in all swimmers.

Reminder: It is the expectation that all NOVA swimmers are present for warm-up at the listed On Deck Times by practice group. If there are conflicts, please communicate directly with your child's group coach prior to the day of competition.
