Coach Kai joins the NOVA staff after almost a decade of coaching in JRAC. He swam with NOVA for a couple of years after Micheal Phelps lit up the swimming world in 2008. In high school, he represented Douglas Freeman and Glen Allen in States. Now attending Virginia Commonwealth University in pursuit of a Mechanical Engineering degree, Kai has been missing the pool and is excited to carry on his coaching career alongside some of the best in the Nation.
