Coach Kevin started his swimming career with his neighborhood swim team when he was 5 and quickly fell in love. After joining New Wave Swim Team in 8th grade and swimming for Enloe High School, co-captaining the team his senior year, he began his coaching journey with the Summerfield North Stingrays. He stayed with the summer league team for 2 seasons, with the first being as an assistant coach and the second as the head coach. During 2020 he continued with Summerfield North and taught private lessons.
Kevin joins NOVA from the Greater Nebraska Swim Team. While on staff with GNST, he helped multiple swimmers qualify for Midwestern Championships, Central Zones, and Central All-Stars. He was also selected to be an assistant coach for Team Midwestern at the 2022 Central Summer Zones. Kevin graduated from UNL in May 2022 with a degree in Math and a minor in German. While at UNL, He continued swimming with the club team and was president his senior year.
