Birthday Party Information

    Thank you for booking your child’s birthday party at Kingdom Gymnastics! We will work hard to make your child’s birthday celebration a memorable one. However, we need you to know some important things about us before the big day.

    First of all, every child who attends the party needs to have a current liability waiver on file with our gym or have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian the day of the party. NO EXCEPTIONS! We provide party invitations that have the waiver included. The parent only needs to fill them out and bring them the day of the party. Parents can also get a waiver from our website (https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/vtkg/page/home) or sign a waiver at the gym when they arrive.

    Keep in mind that siblings of invited guests who come into the gym (past the waiting area) will be counted as guests. The party costs $200+tax for up to 12 children, including the birthday child. For every additional child, there is a $10.00 charge. As a general rule, children under 3 have to be closely supervised by a parent if they come into the gym. The actual gym area is not always a safe place for babies and young toddlers during birthday parties, and we encourage parents to keep them in the “waiting area” where the toys and tables are.

    Parties are a lot more fun when we can begin with a game involving all the children and everyone can be on hand to hear the instructions on the obstacle courses and safety rules etc. Therefore, please encourage your guests to BE ON TIME. 

    Finally, you will have the use of our facility for two hours only. This includes the time to eat cake and open presents. Generally we do games and obstacle courses for one hour before the cake and opening of presents. Time for food & gifts generally takes about 30 minutes, but must be a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the kids a necessary break for safety reasons. The remaining time is “open gym” and/or more games. Some parents prefer not to open presents to allow for more open gym time. This is ok, as long as it is understood that presents must be taken to the car, and will not be opened at the gym when the two hours is up. The birthday child’s family is allowed to come 30 minutes early to set up and guests can arrive a little early to do the waivers.

Remember: we provide tablecloths, a bouquet of ten balloons for the birthday child, a favor for each child, games, obstacle courses, gymnastics, and the cleanup. You provide refreshments, cake, plates, cups, and serve ware. Again, we will also provide you with the invitations if you wish to use them. *No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed in the gym.
