Our novice cheerleading program is specifically designed for beginners who are new to the sport of cheerleading. This program caters to individuals with little to no experience in cheerleading and aim to introduce them to the fundamental skills, techniques, and concepts of the sport in a supportive and instructional environment.

Participants typically learn basic stunts such as shoulder sits, thigh stands, and basic pyramids, with an emphasis on safety and proper technique. Tumbling skills like forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands may also be introduced at a beginner level.

In this program we incorporate dance elements, teaching participants simple dance routines or choreography to complement cheerleading performances. These routines help participants develop rhythm, coordination, and performance skills.
