Practice Groups 

Grade School – 1 Hour Practice

Focuses on learning the four legal competitive strokes, starts off the blocks, and flip turns.

  • Competition: Encouraged at swim meets

  • Schedule: Up to 5 days per week

    • Spring–Summer: 4:00–5:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 5:30–6:30 pm

  • Cost: $125/month


Grade School – 2 Hour Practice

Athletes receive additional sets to strengthen and increase endurance for competitions. Recommended for swimmers with focused goals to become elite; open by coach approval only.

  • Competition: Highly encouraged

  • Schedule: Up to 5 days per week

    • Spring–Summer: 4:00–6:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 5:00–7:00 pm

  • Cost: $150/month


Middle/High School – 1 Hour Practice

Exposes swimmers to more challenging sets to prepare for 200 Freestyle and 200 Individual Medley races.

  • Competition: Encouraged

  • Schedule: Up to 5 days per week

    • Spring–Summer: 4:00–5:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 5:30–6:30 pm

  • Cost: $125/month


Middle/High School – 2 Hour Practice

Focus shifts to endurance training while continuing technique work. Designed for swimmers aiming to compete at a higher level.

  • Competition: Highly encouraged

  • Schedule: Up to 5 days per week

    • Spring–Summer: 4:00–6:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 5:00–7:00 pm

  • Cost: $150/month


High School – Second Sport

Athletes may participate with both the high school swim team and PASC during the high school swim season. Coordination with the high school and PASC Head Coach is required to ensure safe and effective workouts. Open by coach approval only.

  • Schedule: Up to 5 days per week

  • Cost: $100/month


Club Ready – Half Hour Practice

Available for new PASC members who need additional stroke development before joining regular team practices.

  • Schedule:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

    • Spring–Summer: 5:30–6:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 6:30–7:00 pm

  • Cost: $100/month


Masters Workout Group

An adult swim group following youth practice. Open to swimmers 18 and up. Focuses on conditioning and endurance. Participation in meets is optional. USMS membership required within 30 days of joining.

  • Schedule:

    • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

    • Spring–Summer: 6:15–7:15 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 7:00–8:00 pm

  • Cost: $30/month


Intro to Masters Class 

For adults who want to ease into Masters Swimming, providing extra guidance on technique before joining the full workout group.

  • Fall–Winter: Wednesdays, 6:30–7:00 pm

  • Spring–Summer: TBD


Dryland Training 

Designed for elite swimmers to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility. Must be registered in Two-Hour Practice and attend regularly. Coach approval required.

    • Tuesdays, Thursdays

    • Spring–Summer: 5:30–6:00 pm

    • Fall–Winter: 6:30–7:00 pm
