Scrip - Help your team and help yourself

Our team offers scrips to use to buy many of your items you already buy on a weekly basis.  All kick-backs from the program are split 50/50 between your family account and the team.  It is a win/win program! You can use these for groceries, gas, retail, restaurants, travel and entertainment.  The profit adds up quickly and your swimmer could potentially swim for free just because of your gas needs. 

There will be some changes that will take place this fall.  The time remaining this summer will allow for families to get enrolled in the Scrip On Line program that we will be using in the fall.  This program will allow all orders to be done on the Shop With Scrip website.

This system will allow you to place your order whenever it is convenient. Payment will be handled by submitting a check at practice for the order total on the specified order days as was done in the past. This website will also allow you to create a favorites list as well as keep track of your purchase history and the status of your orders.

Here is an overview of how the system will work:

~Orders must be placed by the Monday that is designated on the general team calendar.  This will be done by shopping on the Shop With Scrip website.  Payment will be handled by submitting a check (made out tho the Fox Valley Wave) to your practice site on that Monday.  This is still the same as was done in the past.

~As coordinator, I will receive all of the orders.  I will release them on Monday evening to be processed.  This will send them to be filled.

~Most orders will have cards sent to me, which will be sorted and delivered to you on the following Monday that is designated on the general team calendar.  This will be the same as was done previously.

~There may be some vendors that simply email you a code/certificate instead of sending an actual card.  These will come directly to you and will need to be printed by you to be used.  I believe these are called Scrip Now or escrip.

What you need to do:

~Log onto the Shop With Scrip website (www.shopwithscrip.com)

~Create an account using the green box adding the information requested.  You will also need a code for our account (L2L64A4D224L8). 

~You will then be ready to shop for your scrip cards!!!
