New FVW Scrip Coordinator
The transition for FVW scrip coordinator has occurred. A huge Thank You to Linda Lagieski for leading this awesome fundraising opportunity for the past couple of years.
The process for the most part will remain the same. Orders will be taken on the Mondays listed on the calander, the following monday will be order drop offs. With 3 pools this becomes a bit challenging, so please be patient and understanding. The times for order pick up and order drop off is as follows:
East- Gabbie Froiland will have scrip box there at 4pm until the end of practice and will deliver during practice the following week at 4:00pm
North- Susan Harper will be picking up orders and delivering orders at North from 5:35-5:50.
Neenah- pick up and deliveries will be at 5:50- 6:05- I am looking for a person that is at Neenah every Monday to assist with this, so contact me if you are interested.
*your orders will be sent for pick up to the pool you ordered at unless noted on your order form with your check.
The process to order is to go to Shopwithscrip.com and place your order, have a check at the pool on order mondays and pick up orders the following Monday. If you are not at a pool on Mondays to order or pick up, please contact me and we will set something up.
The total profit of your order is split 50/50 with the team and your individual account. It is an easy way to fundraise! EXAMPLE:If you purchase 400.00 of kwik trip gas cards a month the profit is 36.00- So 18.00 goes into your account as a credit...easy as that :) Next order is 12/10 Don't forget to purchase you Christmas presents!
