Volunteer Sign Ups for Home Meet is UP!!!!
Wave Families,
We are excited to be hosting the Winter SplashFest meet again on January 4 & 5, 2014 at Appleton North High School.
As you know, it takes many volunteers to run an efficient and successful meet, "Many hands make light work." We need 675 volunteer hours of your time to help run this meet smoothly. We are asking for each family to volunteer at least two 4-hour shifts over the 2 day meet. The times on the sign-ups are approximate. Please remember that you are expected to stay for the duration of the session(s) you sign up for.
We need your help! Please sign up by December 15 and contribute to making this a wonderful meet for our children and the others joining in on the fun! To sign up you need to login to the Team Website and click on the Wave Winter Splashfest near the bottom of the home page. Then click on the Job Signup button on the upper right hand side and follow the directions. Volunteer spots go fast so you want to hurry up and sign up for the job you want before its gone.
P.S. We are trying to recruit students from Appleton North's National Honor Society to volunteer also – they need volunteer hours as part of their program. If you know of any other students (age 12 & above) who need volunteer hours, please forward their names to Lori Vandenberg at [email protected]and we’ll work to get them assignments to help make this meet successful.
