Additional Info about the Banquet Tonight

We wanted to provide quick overview of what to expect at the banquet tonight.

Tonight is a celebration of the year – there will be members of every swim group in attendance along with their families and our coaches. We will eat a buffet style dinner, hear a few words from our lead coach, our graduating seniors and our board president. We will also watch a slideshow as a kind of “year in review” and we will have a DJ playing music for dancing.

New team members will receive a plaque with dates of their participation on the team – experienced members will get plates to add to their plaque.

Dress is casual – in the past the girls have worn dresses...but it is up to you. In general – dress code is casual and jeans are perfectly acceptable.

Rough schedule is as follows:

6-6:30PM Arrive- get seated

6:30 – Welcome and Dinner (Speakers toward the end of dinner)

8:00 - Slide Show

8:15- Coaches hand out plaques/envelopes to individual swimmers by group

8:30 –?  DJ and Dancing
