First Week Updates

Welcome swimmer families!

We have some important updates:

1)  STORMY WEATHER PLAN - If there is thunder/lightening, we are NOT allowed to use either the Neenah High School Pool or the Appleton North High School Pool.  If practice is cancelled there will be a notification put on the Facebook 'Fox Valley Wave Parents Group' and a text will go out to those who have signed up for text messaging updates.  Please consider signing up for these text messaging updates.  We ONLY text to cancel same day practices and it is the best way to find out if a practice is cancelled.   Click Here to follow the directions on how to sign up.

2) Reminder to check the Calendar Tab weekly to see any schedule changes.  For instance, this week there isn't practice on Friday due to schools being closed and there has been a thursday night bronze practice added.  If you can't find the calendar or have any questions, please reach out.

3) Raffle baskets are  BACK for the Mayfly swim meet, and we need Your help!

We won’t be assigning specific baskets themes to each team, instead we will be collecting monetary donations from each swimmer, and WE will do the shopping for you!  Monetary donations can be made via Venmo or Paypal to Melanie Morris, a team parent who is coordinating the raffle baskets. Please include your swimmer’s name and practice team.

Donations can be made NOW until April 27, 2022. Themes will be similar to previous meets (fun & games, outdoor activities, spa day, movies, etc.) if you do not want to donate money but rather have something specific that you’d like to donate, (i.e., a gift card, new items, or you don’t have PayPal or Venmo, etc.) please contact Melanie at 865-386-5580 to arrange pick-up.
