Updated Schedule

Due to girls high school swimming being over next week so Gold and Senior will have bigger numbers, we are splitting up the weight room groups. This way everyone isn't in the weight room at the same time.  CLICK HERE to see the new schedule and the calendar is now updated thru November.  I will send another email tonight or tomorrow when the schedule thru Jan is up on the website.  Thanks!
