MayFly IMPORTANT Info

Mayfly 2024 starts TOMORROW (Friday May 3)

Where: Appleton North High School

Mayfly is our spring home meet. Running a home meet is a big job, thanks to our parent volunteers we are set for a successful Mayfly 2024!!

For Volunteers:

  • Please make sure you are ontime or early for your assigned time.
  • DOUBLE CHECK your time slots as some timeframes were adjusted when the session reports were posted.
  • Be flexible and willing to step into a different job role if you are asked and able to fulfill that job.
  • We are still looking for a few volunteers, especially on Saturday during the 2nd session. If you are free please stop at the volunteer check in to fill those spots anytime during the meet. 

For Swimmer:

  • Make sure your swimmer is ready to swim at the beginning of warm ups for every session they are signed up for.
  • DOUBLE CHECK relay assignments that are posted on the website under the meet information.
