Parent Volunteer Tracker

Greetings Wave Families,

 

Thank you for your  volunteer efforts at our recently hosted MayFly meet!  The meet was a great success in large part because of your willingness to actively participate in it. 

 

Some away meets request or require volunteer support. We will start tracking parent volunteer hours at meets hosted by other teams. Tracking our participation level as volunteers in other meets helps t he Wave in several ways, including being able to demonstrate what our team can offer when seeking invitations to new meets. 

 

To track these hours please fill out the Parent Volunteer Tracker. All hours from the same day can be included on the same form, however, if you volunteer on multiple days please fill out a new survey.
