Groups 

 

Novices- for age 6-11

Our Novice group is for swimmers that can swim a full length, 25 yards, of freestyle and backstroke.

Novice swimmers will learn to swim all four competitive strokes.

Novice swimmers are expected to attend at least two practices a week.

 

Juniors- for age 8-13

In the Junior training group, swimmers are going to learn to swim more efficiently through stroke technique and learn to race. To be in the Junior group, swimmers must be able to legally race a 50 of all four of the competitive strokes and a 100 IM.

Swimmers in the Junior group are expected to come to at least three practices a week.

 

Junior Elites- for age 10-14

Swimmers in the Junior Elite Group will take their swimming to the next level and learn to train for long-term success. To be a Junior Elite, swimmers must be able to legally swim the 200 IM and 500 free. Swimmers must also attain multiple 11-12 USA Swimming B Minimum time standards. Swimmers in this group are expected to attend at least four practices a week. 

 

Seniors- for age 13-18

Training in the Senior group allows swimmers to increase their training volume while focusing on swimming fast. Swimmers will focus on all aspects of the sport including dry-land, nutrition, and goal setting all geared towards improving performance. To be a Senior, swimmers must attain multiple 13-14 USA Swimming B minimum time standards.

Senior Athletes are expected to attend at least five practices a week.
