How to become a STAR!
Fall 2025/26 Session starts September 10!
- Registration for all swimmers (New and Returning) will be open August 11th through September 12th.

New Swimmers
New swimmer evaluations will take place on September 10th and 11th from 6:00 pm to 7:000 pm. Coaches assess swimmers to determine the right practice group based on stroke development and endurance level.
Evaluations will last 5-10 minutes and take place at Stoughton High School. Your swimmer will need a tight fitting swimsuit, goggles, and towel. A STAR representative will be in the lobby to greet you.
Following the evaluation, you will be provided additional registration instructions.
